Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical and executives support across the firm via emails, phone, remote connection, and deskside visits
  • Assist with user account management
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner
  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles
  • Provide assistance for meetings and events, as well as video conference setup and support

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner and proficient in English
  • Technical knowledge of supporting Windows 7 Enterprise and Windows 10
  • Experience of working in a Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange environment
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007/2013 Suite
  • Configuration, a, alysis and diagnostics of PC, Printer and Laptop faults
  • Knowledge of remote working technologies - Citrix, Symantec VIP access Administration
