Responsibilities:

  • Work under the IT department to help to manage the IT portfolio/ program/project from pipeline to completion on IT PMO (Project Management Office) perspective
  • Manage IT PMO and management aspects of portfolio/program/project planning & monitoring tasks
  • Manage IT PMO in improving the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of the organizations' project delivery
  • Manage IT PMO and management reporting to senior executives
  • Manage to facilitate IT PMO related work, e.g. develop process, instructions, tools, templates

Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • Possession of professional qualification on portfolio /program /project management, quality assurance, accounting is preferred
  • At least 5-10 years' relevant working experience in below areas:
    • Portfolio, program and project management
    • Project tracking and monitoring
    • Project and resource planning, tracking, and prioritization
    • Data analytics
    • Management reporting
  • Proficient in written English and visual presentation development for articulating a complex concept
  • Ability to influence people with strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Financial acumen with knowledge in accounting/investment analysis
  • Business-minded, performance-driven, results-oriented and possess strategic as well as innovative thinking
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Attention to detail and reliable follow-through, with openness and self-motivation
  • Proficiency in various presentation and analysis tools such as PowerPoint, MS Project Online, MS Access, Power BI, VBA, etc.
  • Excellent in English and Cantonese
  • Ability to adopt fast-changing environment, work under pressure and tight schedule
