Our client is a well-knowned enterprise in Hong Kong. They are looking for a IT Manager looking after IT operations and helpdesk support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to manage the IT operation support team
  • Review the operation process and develop standard operating procedures
  • Take lead to troubleshoot and promptly respond to resume service when outage occurs
  • Implement processes for incident and change management
  • Maintain a good relationship with the business users to understand their IT needs for continuous service improvement
  • Prompt react to security alerts to safeguard the IT infrastructure and information assets
  • Conduct regular health check and risk assessment on application and infrastructure
  • Monitor the operational compliance with the Corporate IT Policy and promote the efficient use of IT resources within the Organization

Requirements

  • University graduate in Electronic Engineering/ Information Systems/ Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Knowledge in IT infrastructure and security solution is essential
  • Minimum 10 years of equivalent work experience of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
  • Experienced in supporting Microsoft Active Directory, O365, Windows servers and desktop software applications
  • Must be able to work independently, be resourceful and action-oriented
  • Effective analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
