Job Description:

  • Provide 1st tier deskside support to end users
  • Maintain good relationships with internal users and global offices
  • Ensure the tickets will be cleared and updated in a timely manner
  • Log, assign, track and respond to requests properly according to the procedures
  • Escalate requests or incidents to senior level if necessary

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an IT helpdesk support in professional firm
  • ITIL V.3 Foundation certificate is a plus
  • Previous experience is supporting Microsoft products and using ServiceNow Service Desk Application will be an advantage
  • Good communication skills with customer facing experience
  • Excellent spoken and written English
