- Provide day-to-day first line end-user support
- Participate in helpdesk projects and implementation work
- Assist in negotiation with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors on pricing, procurement and requirement on desktop equipment
- Responsible for PC desktop equipment procurement, delivery, installation and setup
- Responsible for keep tracking IT assets with proper inventory control on record keeping, maintenance and related documentation
- Responsible for market data user and customer account setup, installation, maintenance, record keeping and cost allocations on payment
- Liaise with customers to diagnose and report on IT problems
Job Requirement
- Proven working experience in providing help desk support
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Previous working experience in Banking is preferred
- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control
- Customer service orientation
