Our client is one of the USA based Fortune 500 companies in Hong Kong with a strong record and outstanding performance across the global. They have been aggressively expanding the business across the world in past years. They are currently looking for an IT helpdesk support to join their IT team. The right candidate needs to provide first tier support for staffs at the Hong Kong office and provide solutions for all technical issues, including hardware, application, and network problems. S/he also needs to answer user enquires and fault handling, report update, and daily routine checking. This is a good opportunity for candidates who are looking for challenges and willing to work in a multinational environment.
- Diploma holder or above in Computer Science/ Computing Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 year'+ working experience in Helpdesk Support.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Windows Application.
- Good ability to interact with different users.
- Candidates with experience working in a multinational company is a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese.
