IT Strategic Planning: Develop the organizational IT resources strategy in compliance with
corporate group strategy. Design the IT resources department structure, positions and
process system in compliance to its strategic mandate. Formulate IT Plans, Policies &
procedures according to organizational objectives.
* To Manage all the related IT topics regarding the Operations in China, Hong Kong and the
* To sustain and improve the ERP system Netsuite in order to improve service to Operation,
Finance and Management Team;
* To create a implement a clear HRIS system capable to link attendance record, payroll
system and performances and employees management system;
* To set up and align several systems related to Warehouse management, Operation
management, Project Management in different sites under same platform;
* To Manage assets in terms of Software property and Hardware with clear Investment,
expenses, licensing monitoring system and related process and procedure
* To Interact with the Business Leaders and define strategy and implementation plan
regarding IT related topics;
o Interact with HR to support the creation of a HIRS management system and
related database;

* Degree or above in related discipline;
* 15+ years experience in IT field;
* Experience in complex manufacturing area with massive workforce;
* Successful Experience in the implementation of HRISystem
* Fluent in English and Chinese written and spoken; other language would be a plus;
* Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
* Strong service orientation and ability to empathize with others
