Inventory Planner - Ecommerce Startup / 25k

My client is a well-funded ecommerce startup looking to redefine the industry. Looking to maintain its day to day ecommerce operation, they are now in search of an Inventory Planner.

You will be managing the overall sales tracking, inventory management and PO/PI system. You will be managing the overall replenishment process to ensure smooth operation. As an Inventory Planner, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the overall sales tracking, inventory management and PO/PI system
• Creating an inventory forecast based on historical sales data
• Collaborating with both internal and external parties such as suppliers, manufacturer, logistics to develop inventory replenishment system
• Creating regular replenishment and supply plan
• Keeping track of outstanding PO/PO
• Tracking and providing necessary information for customer queries

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 1 year of inventory management and replenishment experience
• Passionate about start up and eommcerce
• Experience within the ecommerce industry would be an advantage
• Proficient with analysis with tools such as Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup)
• Energetic, independent with good communication skills
• Strong command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
