Our client is a subsidiary of one of the Largest Fortune 500 consumer goods company with strong presence in Asia. The company has business presence across 90+ countries, with a wide-ranging product portfolio; they are further expanding their business with expansion plan in their retail strategy. With Hong Kong as the regional hub, the company is looking for a International Sales Director to drive the International Sales strategy for overseas market.


You will be responsible for leading the Overseas Sales and New Business Development strategy and implementation with the objective of capitalizing business opportunities. As a International Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales strategy in overseas market order to achieve the company sales target
  • Exploring potential product category, enhancing market penetration and expanding customer base
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to maintain the existing client relationship and grow the new business channel/ business partnership
  • Driving competitor analysis and partnering with internal key stakeholder to capitalise on recognised trends
  • Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of international market dynamics
  • Accelerating and creating effective business partnership strategies to maximise business opportunity
  • Collaborating with the senior management team to maintain the existing client relationship and expand the new business channel

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 12+ years of International/ Regional Sales management experience in Food/ Beverage product category
  • Proven experience in developing new business channel, managing overseas sales channels and trade partnerships
  • Solid knowledge and network of wholesalers/ distributor in Asia/ Overseas market
  • Outstanding business acumen with strong professional presentation skills
  • Brilliant in key stakeholder management with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
