Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant - Asia (6-month Contract role)
To be based in Hong Kong, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur

Ambition Asia is looking for an internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to fill a 6-month contract as a maternity leave cover. We are a global recruitment firm and are experts in Technology, Digital, Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain & Procurement recruitment.
This role is part of the Ambition Corporate Services team and will be responsible for driving the internal hiring process in Ambition Asia, working with hiring managers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for all internal hires in the Ambition team, including Recruitment Consultants of all levels, Management and Corporate Services roles. The targeted start date for this contract role is within August 2021 and will last for 6 months.

In this role, you will be expected to:
-Promote employment opportunities and the Ambition brand online, though job postings, professional networking and internal communications
-Headhunt and proactively build a pipeline of talent to expand your network, and speak with passive candidates
-Assess technical knowledge, soft skills and team fit through interviews
-Coordinate recruitment throughout the interview process including managing feedback and conducting reference checks
-Support the onboarding and training process for new joiners
-Map the recruitment market and partner with internal stakeholders to provide market insights and hiring advice

The ideal candidate will have:
-At least 3 years of experience in recruitment with a combination of agency and corporate exposure
-Experience hiring sales and/or other related professional services professionals is a strong plus
-Advanced search abilities using LinkedIn Recruitment, ATS databases and job portals
-Strong communication skills and ability to sell the Ambition values to prospective talent
-Ability to manage a robust pipeline of talent and hiring needs
-Experience working regionally or with leadership across different geographic areas is a plus
