Insurance Digital BA

Core Responsibilities

  • Hands-on Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end planning, solution design, and execution of AI and LLM-focused products to drive operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively manage relationships with business sponsors and technical enablers to ensure solution alignment with user needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed AI models and collaborate with internal/external partners to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an innovation-first mindset by conducting research on the latest trends in Generative AI, data management, and knowledge-sharing best practices.
  • Governance & Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all activities meet quality and compliance standards.

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or above in STEM or Business Management.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Consulting.
  • Industry Context: Proven track record within Banking or Insurance, specifically managing large-scale, complex change projects involving cutting-edge technology.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • AI/Tech Savvy: Prior exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompting techniques, and Data Management is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business "Objectives and Key Outcomes" (OKRs) into functional technical requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to drive project deliveries across diverse workstreams and cross-functional teams.
