Job Description


Duties:

  • Responsible for payroll administration including commission and incentive calculation
  • Monitor the staff attendance and leave data in the HR system on a regular basis to facilitate report generation for payroll processing
  • Support day to day HR matters and activities for the stores and office in Hong Kong

Requirement:

  • Bachelor or professional Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience preferred from the retail industry.
  • Solid payroll experiences, preferable with incentive and various allowance calculation experiences
  • Familiar with statutory and compliance requirements including
  • Detail minded, strong numerical sense and resilience with high level of integrity
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel application and sensitive to numbers
  • Immediately available is preferred
