HRBP + TA

Our client is world market leader in the manufacturing field with Headquarter in Europe. Hong Kong serves as one of their major hubs and currently, due to internal rotation, a very rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and talented HR professional to join them.

Reporting to the head of HR and leading a team of two, this role will see you working with matrix teams and being an integral part of business operations. On the Business Partnering front, you will work seamlessly with stakeholders, providing expert HR advisory and support. Collaborating with local functions, you will ensure corporate initiatives and guidelines are being communicated effectively to staff members; facilitate and lead where necessary on employer branding projects. In addition, you will oversee and ensure smooth talent acquisition for businesses under your remit, and take a hands on approach on senior appointments. This is a highly prolific role where you will gain early exposure to c-suite and participate in human capital strategies

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience gained in matrix multinationals
• Strong business partnering and talent acquisition experiences
• Exposure to Asia Pacific markets
• Ability to lead and coach team members; effective rapport building skills
• Excellent command of both English and Chinese
