HRBP

Our client is well established organisation in the Financial Service sector and Hong Kong is their regional headquarter. They are currently looking for a HPBP to join their team.

Reporting to the Head of the BP team, this is a hands on role providing well rounded HR advisory service to one of their business units. Working closely with regional senior stakeholders, you will be the HR expert to this team of c100 headcounts. In addition, you will be the HRIS superuser within your own HR function, being the go-to person among your peers. This is a fast paced environment where you will be utilising your business partnering skills and system knowledge in an expanding regional business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business related degrees
• Minimum 8 years of HR Management experience with 3 years in HRBP roles
• Solid experience in using WORKDAY system
• High attention to details , hands on workstyle
• Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders effectively
• Good command of both English and Chinese
