Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general HR and related administration functions
  • Coordinate in recruitment process
  • Updating data in database/ for payrolling duties
  • Documentation handling such as medical scheme administration, insurance, visa application and licensing issues
  • Provide support in HR system operation and enhancement
  • Support in staff training and staff activities

Requirements:

  • Studied HR Management, Business Administration, or related studies
  • With 2+ years' HR work experience
  • Flexible team player with positive learning and work attitude
  • Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge of computer applications (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediate availability as a plus
