HR Officer, MNC, up to 26K

Job description

My client is a multinational company based in Sweden, their middle size office in Hk is now looking for a HR officer who is familiar with payroll calculation and HR system implementation.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in the full spectrum of HR functions & support day to day HR operations
  • Perform monthly payroll, conduct market survey regularly for providing business insights on the market pay trend to ensure the salary package competitiveness
  • Assist in reviewing, formulating and implementing of Company policies & procedure & ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance & other local regulations
  • Assist in review current HRIS workflow, implement system enhancement

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR/Admin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to learn and a good team player
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good PC knowledge including MS Office
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
