HR Manager

Job description

Our client is a well established professional service firm with offices in Asia Pacific and North American. Due to increasing business needs, they are looking for a HR BP Manager to join their Hong Kong office. This is a newly created position.

Reporting to the Head of the HR, this is an individual contributor role working in a close knit HR team. As the HRBP, you will be the go-to HR advisor for the business operations. Working closely with Hong Kong leaders, you will be responsible for performance and talent management, employer branding and engagement initiatives. This role will also see you as an active member of committees in the firm , driving projects and programmes such as CSR. On a more regional and global level, you will partner with senior leaders such as Global L&D and help facilite and roll out of development programmes. This is an exciting and varied role where you will be involved with different departments and teams within the organisation.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or similar disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years in a HR Generalist and/or BP role
  • Prior exposure gained in Professional Services firms is a must
  • Proactive and hands on approach; ability to work with senior leaders effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
