HR Manager | Hands-on HR operation

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a small HR team to deliver full-spectrum HR support, including talent acquisition, employee retention, compensation & benefits, and regulatory compliance
  • Design and execute effective recruitment strategies, managing the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Perform market benchmarking and remuneration analysis to maintain competitive and sustainable compensation frameworks
  • Oversee payroll operations, benefits administration, and tax filing processes
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports, including workforce planning and personnel cost analysis
  • Establish and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coaching and direction to team members to ensure efficient HR operations
  • Contribute to special assignments and HR initiatives as required


Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in HR within large, fast-paced organizations (experience in Technology or Telecommunications sectors is advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labour laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
