HR Generalist

Job duties:

  • Report to the Regional HR Manager
  • Supports in the coordination of HR shared services with regional HR business partners and regional HRIS
  • Manage on employee life cycle processes and related shared service transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with other business units to ensure business standards and policies are liaised
  • Support on Payroll functions & related transformation project
  • Maintain and update of HR database for reporting and management use
  • Manage HR enquiries from other departments when necessary
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job requirements:

  • Studied HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Solid experience as HR generalist and payroll management
  • With supporting regional work experience as a plus
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice
  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as HR Officer
