HR Generalist, Local bank, immediately available

Job description

Our client is a local bank with regional teams in APAC. Due to business needs, they are looking for an HR Officer for resourcing and onboarding. This is an initial one year contract with a view to permanency.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with line managers to identify the recruitment needs and develop recruitment plans

  • Post job ads on social media and update application status

  • Use sourcing tools to attract talents and manage external vendors for quality services.

  • Responsible for employer branding proposition to attract potential hires

  • Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with banking regulations and requirements

  • Assist in developing ad hoc recruitment projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant degree

  • Ability to multitask and proactive

  • Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Open-minded, flexible, outgoing and willing to learn

  • Good command of both English and Chinese
