Our Client is one of the Global Financial Services Companies who is now looking for an HR Assistant (Generalist) to join their team

Key deliverables:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR operations, in Hong Kong, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training etc
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the business to understand and meet their recruitment needs
  • Drive company culture, organizational and people development
  • Plan and execute of HR initiatives and maintain HR filing and auditing
  • Ad Hoc tasks

For this role you will have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Proactive, mature, independent, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, communication skill and execution
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
