HR Generalist (Contract)

Job duties:

  • Support in the coordination of general HR function of HK office
  • Manage on employee life cycle processes
  • Support on Payroll functions & related transformation project
  • Coordinate with other business units to ensure business standards and policies are liaised
  • Maintain and update of HR database for reporting and management use
  • Manage HR enquiries from other departments when necessary
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned



Job requirements:

  • Studied HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Solid experience as HR generalist and payroll management
  • With supporting regional work experience / in Finance field as a plus
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance and HR practice
  • Independent, well-organized with positive working attitude
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
