HR Executive (2 years renewable contract)

A prestiged travel organisation is now hiring a high calibre to join the HR team. You will be involved in a full spectrum of HR functions in HK and world wide offices.


Job Duties:

  • Responsible for end to end intern recruitment; from JD drafting, posting, selection, offer to onboarding
  • Handle separation administration including final payment communication, documents scanning and post-separation follow up tasks
  • Help formulate and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate implementation of HR initiatives to support delivery of short and long term business goals
  • Plan and launch any global HR programs if needed
  • Maintain HR system , process information update and checking
  • Prepare HR reports and presentation

Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years HR Experience
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Confident, self-driven, proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
