HR Director

Our client is a Retail multinational with global operations. They are currently looking for a HR Director to oversee their Hong Kong and Macau businesses.

Reporting to the General Manager and HR Team Head, you will lead a team and provide well rounded HR advisory and support to the Hong Kong and Macau operations. With a strong business partnering mindset and strategic approach , you will work closely with business stakeholders as well as the HR COE functions, drive HR initiatives and programmes that facilitate commercial decisions and targets. As an integral part of the retail operations, you will deliver a structured and engaging talent management plan; implement appropriate performance management and organisation development programmes. Furthermore, you will partner with C&B team and ensure competitive incentives are in place whilst promoting a high performing and inclusive culture. This is an exciting role where you will have significant and tangible impact on the business operations commercially and financially.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Prior experiences working in Retail or Consumer Products are highly preferred
• Minimum 12 years of HR BP and Operations experiences gained in multinationals
• Hands on approach; superb business partnering skills
• Tactful, problem solving and result oriented approach
• High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
