HR Associate (Renewable contract/ Up to 25k)

Our client is a listed electricity company in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a talented and driven individual to join its growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to full range of professional HR service including recruitment selection, On-boarding, employee engagement activities, manpower planning, etc.
  • Administer various HR systems and programs, including but not limit to HR information system, medical scheme, and provident fund scheme
  • Compile and analyze HR related statistics and reports
  • Maintain an updated, efficient and effective central filing system
  • Take initiative in identifying and executing ideas on streamlining and standardizing HR processes to achieve operational efficiency and support future business growth
  • To participate in other HR projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / HR Management or equivalent with minimum 1- 2 years' relevant experience
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Basic knowledge of HR related policies and procedures and with good understanding of labor related ordinances and regulations.
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Result oriented, meticulous, and with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, independent and customer-oriented
