Our Client is one of the Global Financial Services Companies who is now looking for a HR Assistant/ Officer to join their team

Job Duties

  • Perform monthly payroll calculation, final payments, leave management and attendance record to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the payroll process
  • Maintain staff databases and filing
  • Assist in recruitment process
  • Follow up frontline staff inquiries
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Excellent at MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well organized, able to work under pressure with good team work skills
  • Immediate available highly preferred
