  • Managing OA
  • Event coordination and management
  • Internal and facilities management
  • Liaison with Finance
  • Log of cheques received and advise consultant on payments received
  • Expenses management
  • Perm invoices
  • Internal staff support
  • Training collateral preparation
  • Marketing collateral preparation
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR & Corporate Services Manager


  • Demonstrated ability to comfortably and effectively liaise with all levels of staff and management and varying personalities and situation
  • Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and equally as well working independently,
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
  • No Experience Candidate will also be considered
