HR Assistant Manager (Recruitment, 6-month contract)

Job duties:

  • Supporting the hiring managers on recruitment activities of the Hong Kong and Asia Group Office
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from developing JD, sourcing candidates to on-boarding issues
  • Communicate with external recruitment agencies and on service agreements according to company policies
  • Prepare regular recruitment updates (Power Points/ reports) for the management review
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and new initiatives
  • Monitor and respond to company hiring platform and pages
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned



Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related business studies
  • 5+ years experiences in MNCs, preferably in Insurance & FI fields; Regional experiences is highly preferred
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance and recruitment cycle
  • Mature, friendly and efficient team player
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Excellent PC applications
  • Candidates with less experiences may be consider as Senior Officer
