Our client is one of the largest online store for home furnishings and décor based in US. They are now looking for a HR and office manager to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong.



Job Duties:

  • Assist in all-around human resources & administrative functions and activities with focuses on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Attendance System, Company events and performance management
  • Conduct functions of human resources, such as, processing employment applications, arranging and carrying out interviews, maintaining staff record / leave record / claim record, MPF / staff benefit administration, working visa / staff travel arrangement
  • Support adhoc projects / duties, and handle secretarial requests from management



Skills

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce or logistic industry is a must
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years experience overseeing the execution of HR operations initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people with different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Confident, self-driven, proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
