Our client is a fast growing ecommerce platform in Asia with offices now in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Ho Chi Minh City, Shenzhen, and Kuala Lumpur. They are now looking for a HR & Community Manager experienced and passionate in engaging people and managing office operation. It is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our Hong Kong office.

Job Duties:

  • Assist in all-around human resources & administrative functions and activities with focuses on Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Attendance System, Company events and performance management
  • Conduct functions of human resources, such as, processing employment applications, arranging and carrying out interviews, maintaining staff record / leave record / claim record, MPF / staff benefit administration, working visa / staff travel arrangement
  • Responsible for office administration duties, such as equipment procurement / maintenance, consumable items reordering, stock keeping, maintaining office properties/facilities, reception functions, keeping general expense records, support internal meetings / functions
  • Work closely with management on strategic initiatives
  • Support adhoc projects / duties, and handle secretarial requests from management


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years experience overseeing the execution of HR operations initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all levels of people with different cultural backgrounds
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Confident, self-driven, proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
