We are looking for a HR and Admin officer to focus on payroll calculation due to our rapid expansion. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for payroll calculation as well as contract management.
- Maintain a smooth operation process of payroll service
- Contract management including but not limited to contract review, preparation of contracts etc.
- Payroll calculation including overtime, expense, bonus etc.
- Responsible for monthly timesheet collections
- Database management of contractor and employees
- Answer enquiries from contractors regarding to employment ordinance
- Minimum 1-year experience in HR / Admin positions in a sizeable company
- Familiar with employment ordinance, MPF regulations in HK
- Attention to details and organized
- Strong in communication with internal consultants as well as clients and contractors
- Immediately Available is highly preferred
