HR & Admin Manager | Up to 70K p.m

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to shape people strategies and guide long‑term manpower planning.
  • Lead the HR & Administration team to deliver both strategic initiatives and daily operational support.
  • Promote a strong workplace culture by reinforcing effective performance management and employee engagement practices.
  • Provide advice to managers on employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent handling of cases.
  • Drive talent planning, succession initiatives, and learning programmes to build organisational capability.
  • Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding and separation processes, compensation and benefits, HRIS, policy development, training, and compliance.
  • Offer insights to management on improving processes, organisational effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage employment documentation, and oversee visa/work permit arrangements.
  • Support compensation reviews, job design, and salary and incentive planning.
  • Supervise administrative personnel and ensure smooth delivery of office support services.
  • Oversee administrative budgeting, vendor management, procurement coordination, and cost optimisation.
  • Manage office operations including facilities upkeep, workspace allocation, renovation works, and security protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to legal requirements, internal guidelines, and health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate internal functions, company gatherings, and corporate events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably with exposure to logistics or multinational businesses.
  • Strong business understanding with the ability to align HR practices with organisational priorities.
  • Thorough knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation and related regulatory requirements.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes effectively.
  • International outlook with cultural awareness and adaptability.
  • Experience supporting organisational change is an advantage.
