Head of TA

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our end‑to‑end recruitment strategy and delivery. This role is critical in attracting, hiring, and retaining high‑quality talent to support our business growth across multiple functions and seniority levels.
You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders while building a scalable, data‑driven TA function that delivers an exceptional candidate and hiring‑manager experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team, embedding best practices and consistent standards
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce planning, succession planning, and hiring forecasts
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior, specialist, and critical roles
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives across digital channels, agencies, and events
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Manage recruitment vendors, search firms, and advertising partners
  • Track, analyse, and report on recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, quality of hire, cost‑per‑hire, DEI metrics)
  • Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labour laws and internal governance requirements

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven leadership at Head / Lead level
  • Strong track record of scaling recruitment functions in fast‑paced or complex environments
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive hiring
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong and regional talent market
  • Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience using ATS and recruitment analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
  • Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution
