Our client is an established platform that helps multinational corporations develop open innovation strategies via multiple channels. Established in the last few years, they have already grown their business to a sizable team in the region and are well-recognized in business communities worldwide. Their clients already include multinational technology companies, global financial institutions and disruptive businesses. Due to expansion, they are currently seeking a Head of Partnerships & Community in a regional role.

Reporting to the CEO, you will create and manage key partnerships with start ups, incubators, accelerators and universities throughout Asia via proactive network-building. You will grow a regional and relevant community of start ups, entrepreneurs and innovators to be part of this unique platform. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will develop growth hacking strategies and campaigns to drive the business forward. While managing an existing team, you will also further expand the team and bring on additional headcount.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship and network building as well as community acquisition and retention
  • A keen interest in immersing yourself within the start up industry
  • At least 1-2 years' team management experience
  • A growth hacking mindset and drive
  • An existing network of start ups or developers in APAC, OR strong experience in B2C digital marketing in terms of user acquisition and community management
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Mandarin advantageous
