Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR to lead the full HR function and drive people strategy across the organization. This role will oversee global HR coverage, partner closely with senior management, and build a scalable HR framework to support a high‑growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people‑related matters.
  • Lead HR transformation and initiatives enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, including key leadership and confidential hiring.
  • Build talent pipelines for future workforce needs.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract high‑caliber talent.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Lead the performance management cycle and champion a high‑performance culture.
  • Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability building.
  • Support organizational design and change programs.

Compensation, Benefits & HR Governance

  • Oversee C&B strategy, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Manage annual salary review, incentive schemes, and policy frameworks.
  • Ensure HR compliance across markets and alignment with global standards.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to employment laws.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen culture, wellbeing, and retention.

HR Operations

  • Manage HR operations, systems, and data analytics.
  • Drive process improvement and digitalisation for HR efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting for management insights.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of HR experience with strong leadership exposure.
  • Solid background in MNC environments and fast‑growing organisations.
  • Experience overseeing regional or global HR coverage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and business acumen.
  • High integrity, strategic thinking, and hands‑on leadership style.
