Head of FP&A

The Client:

A multinational company with a strong global presence. They are looking for a Head of FP&A to join the team and lead the financial planning and analysis function for the corporate support function.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and work with finance teams across the region, business partner to other supporting functions such as HR and operations
• Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Key finance strategic partner for regional and local business partners across various disciplines
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to senior management on operational business units
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and provide regular financial reporting to senior management
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis
• System implementation and upgrades

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on retail or consumer goods industries
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Experience working in a multinational firm, fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English to work with Asia and China
