Head of Facility Management

We are partnering with Property Developer and they are seeking a visionary, high-caliber Head of Property Management to oversee and drive the strategic direction of their premium property management portfolio in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team to deliver world-class operational excellence, maximize asset value, and uphold the highest standards of tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operational and financial performance of a comprehensive portfolio in Hong Kong.
• Drive value-enhancement initiatives, sustainability strategies (ESG), and cost-effective lifecycle management across all properties. Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, fostering strong relationships with tenants, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all operations strictly adhere to Hong Kong statutory requirements, building management ordinances, and health & safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing property management team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by senior management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree holder in Property Management, Real Estate, Housing Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of relevant experience
• Member of HKIH/RPH/PMP Tier 1 is preferred
• Candidate with Grade A Portfolio background is preferred
• Good Communication skills, interpersonal & leadership skills
• Good Command in English, Chinese
