Our client is a leading Consumer Health product company with a very strong presence in the APAC region. The company has a solid business expansion plan in HK and China market on both online and offline channel, and it's one of the fast-growing brands in the consumer health sector in APAC. With strong an extensive innovative product line and the plan for massive market expansion on e-platforms, they are looking for a Head of Digital and E-Commerce to join the team for accelerating its E-business development.

You will be responsible for setting up and driving the total digital and E-Commerce strategy for the business. As the Head of Digital and E-Commerce, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving the e-commerce and digital strategy for the regions in line with the group's business objectives
  • Partnering and advising internal key stakeholders on how to maximize the business opportunities on digital and social media platforms
  • Launching and managing the implementation of the new e-business model, with a key focus in vendor and 3rd party e-commerce platforms management
  • Formulating digital marketing strategy maps and ensure correct implementation of the same
  • Setting up and managing digital projects including project timelines, milestones and consistent evaluation of the same
  • Selecting the best payment and delivery logistics mechanics for e-business
  • Analysing digital performance (KPI, ROI) and provide recommendations or key learnings wherever required
  • Partnering with the top management and develop a business development strategy, product planning, budgets and forecasts in line with business objectives

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • A university degree and have 10+ years of digital & e-commerce management experience in FMCG/ consumer health products sector
  • Experience in setting up an E-commerce platform (3rd party & own website) with website content and vendor management knowledge
  • Digital marketing experience including social media, SEO, SEM and conversion optimization
  • A self-starter attitude with a lot of passion for digital and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding business acumen, excellent in key stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
