Head of Customer Service, Property Developer
Our client is a well-established property developer in Hong Kong. A leadership opportunity has arisen within the Customer Service area.
Reporting to the Deputy Managing Director, you will develop and launch new customer service process and standards to upgrade customer experience in a positive way.
You will also explore emerging technology or service tools to enhance customer experience. You will also recruit and train new CS teams to provide comprehensive customer service such as handover of units, handling and resolving customers' requests and complaints, providing solutions and active care to customers.
To qualify, you will have
- Bachelor degree in hospitality management or property management.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property management or customer service in property developer, of which 5 years at management capacity
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skill and customer-focused
- Good analytical, strategic thinking and strong business improvement
- Integrity, trustworthiness and discrete
