Our client is a well known beverage brand in the region. Armed with a well-established brand name, the business is growing aggressively in Greater China these few years. To support the development of the newly launched CRM project, they are now looking for a Head of CRM/ Senior CRM Manager to lead the CRM programme in HK & China markets.

As the head of CRM team, you will lead the HK & CN office in planning and executing the CRM campaign. You will lead the team to understand consumer insights, customer behaviours, marketing trends in FMCG industry. You will be in a strategic role to formulate customer recruitment and retention projects through different promotions. You will contact and communicate with external vendors for sponsorship & partnership opportunities. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid CRM experience in any industries to join the expanding company.

To qualify, individuals should possess:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication and etc.
  • At least 8 years solid experiences in marketing with focus on CRM
  • Open for candidates from any industries. Experience in working on FMCG items will be a great advantage.
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperative skills
  • Frequent travel to China office
