Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall strategy and manage a full spectrum of marketing related activities including business development & sales, events & promotions, marketing communications, and public relations
  • Work closely with the General Manager to identify and determine appropriate marketing strategies in all segments towards branding and reaching the company's KPI
  • Develop the appropriate short / medium / long term sales strategy and go to market plans for acquisition and retention
  • Develop and evolve a list of target prospects and create relationships with key decision makers and all other appropriate levels internally & externally
  • Set and review internal marketing approval process and leads
  • Designing and reviewing the Marketing department's budget
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the General Manager
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Track competitors' activities

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years change management experience, public relations, communications, marketing leadership experience at Multi-national organization
  • Solid experience in segmentation, planning, differentiating products and value propositions to different segments and customer groups
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on orientation - having the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
  • With a strong start-up/entrepreneurship mindset to make projects happen
  • Must have strong business acumen and proactively find solutions
  • Sociable with excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be team oriented and assist where needed
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Working experience in the tech-related company is preferred
