Our client is a tech start up focusing on retail payment, transaction and membership CRM. They are a all-in-one solution already penetrated the market without much sales effort here in Hong Kong. They are an energetic, innovative and flexible team and is backed by renowned VC firms in the globe. They are now looking for a Growth Manager to join their fast growing team in Hong Kong.

You will be working closely with Headquarter on planning and executing business development strategies in the Hong Kong market, with the aim to increase users, manage and grow partnerships. You will be also be working with internal team, delivering clients' feedback to drive improvement. You will also be leading some of the interns within the team.

  • At least 1 year of experiences of sales/ business development/ marketing experiences, preferbly with tech start up background
  • Fresh grad with relavent internship experiences will also be considered
  • Previously enagement within university societies will be a huge plus
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Strong business acumen, fast paced, entrepreneurial and data driven
  • Excellent communications skills with ability to create and deliver pitch decks
