Group Financial Controller

About the client

Our client is a leading global manufacturing business with headquarters in HK. The position covers the global market with stakeholders in Asia as well as Europe and Americas. The role is in charge of all corporate finance function, M&A, Treasury and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all group level finance functions in M&A, treasury, and corporate financing functions
• Work closely with the managing director to drive business performance and ensure business reaches strategic long-term goals
• Liaise with external stakeholders including bankers, auditors, legal and consulting firm professionals
• Oversee capital investment requests and manage delivery of projects
• Individual contributor role with operational support from the accounting team
• Strategic plans set out by the managing director

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, previous experience in manufacturing industry is a must
• Strong knowledge of M&A, analysis and have been involved in projects in the past
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing corporate level finance function
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
