Global Demand Planning Manager, Lifestyle Brand

Our client is a global lifestyle brand with an APAC regional hub in Hong Kong. They are creating a new headcount for a Global Demand Planner role based in Hong Kong to support the Shanghai supply chain office.

This role has a key focus on demand planning and logistics function. You will directly liaise with the global distributor to consolidate and forecast demand regionally. You will put together a process for updating demand forecast, purchase order administration, red flag alert, inventory status that is accessible by Shanghai supply chain team.

On the logistics side, you will support the Shanghai supply chain team in arranging and tracking shipments globally.

This is a manager grade entry level role for demand planning and logistics specialists to take a step up, set up and own demand planning process for this global start-up business developed by a global 500 company.

To qualify, you will have

• A Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a regional demand planning, supply chain operation and logistics management role
• Experience closely working with regional sales and supply chain team
• Experience developing or improving demand and supply planning process
• Knowledge in SAP preferrably
• Quick learning ability and agility in fostering changes and responding to the market
