General/ Office Administrator

Job duties:

  • Provide all-round office administration work for HK Office
  • Support and assist in monitoring front line staff such as receptionist, office assistants & tea ladies
  • Handle admin procurement duties, communicate with vendors and related contract issues
  • In charge of office maintenance/renovation projects when necessary
  • Handle expenses such as invoice & budgeting
  • Regularly work on reports for management review
  • Assist in company events and staff activities



Requirements

  • Business Studies or related
  • 3+ years solid office management experience in sizable MNC
  • With regional/ supervisory work experience as a plus
  • Passionate and detail-minded team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent PC application on Excel & PowerPoint
