Our client is a well known beverage brand in the region. Armed with a well-established brand name, the business is growing aggressively in Greater China these few years. To support their sales management duties across both retail and food services channels, they are now looking for a General Manager to lead the whole sales team.

As the leader of the whole sales department, you will be the key person to formulate and execute different sales and promotion campaign to drive the business. You will identify new business opportunities to boost up the market share. You will lead the whole team of around 30 salesmen to achieve the sales targets and companies goals assigned. You will monitor competitors activities, market trend, consumer behaviours to design sales strategies. This is a rare opportunity for candidates with solid sales and business development experience across retail and food services channels to join the expanding company.

To qualify, individuals should possess:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication and etc.
  • At least 15 years solid experiences in FMCG sales/ business development
  • Exposure on food & beverage items will be a great advantage
  • Solid experience in leading a sizeable team
  • Good command in both English and Mandarin
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and cooperative skills
