General Manager - Facilities Management

About the Role:

  • Support the planning and implementation of strategies to strengthen the company's market position.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, marketing channels, and potential clients.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline through networking, cold calling, and market outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, engaging decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals and pitches tailored to client needs, and participate in pricing discussions.
  • Negotiate effectively to close deals and resolve objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Promote new products and services while enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Attend industry events to gather insights on market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on industry developments, competitors, and business performance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular progress reports.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall business strategy development.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, leasing, or client relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong's property market and regional industry trends.
  • Proven track record in generating new business and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks across sectors.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
