FP&A Director

We are partnering with a leading telecommunications and digital infrastructure group to hire a FP&A Director. This highly visible role sits at the core of strategic decision-making, offering the opportunity to drive financial performance, shape commercial direction, and support large-scale investment initiatives within a fast-evolving, capital-intensive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic planning across the enterprise
• Develop advanced financial models to support corporate strategy, M&A activity, and market expansion initiatives
• Analyze key telecom KPIs including ARPU, churn, SAC, and LTV to drive revenue and profitability improvements
• Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing, campaigns, and product performance effectiveness
• Oversee Capex investment analysis across infrastructure projects including network upgrades and expansion
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and enhance Opex efficiency across business units
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and dashboards to senior leadership and board stakeholders
• Act as a strategic business partner to engineering, operations, and commercial teams
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team while enhancing systems, automation, and reporting capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA required
• Minimum 12 years of FP&A and commercial finance experience, including at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Solid experience within telecommunications, technology, or infrastructure-heavy industries preferred
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and capital-intensive environments
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
