We are partnering with an elite, fast-growing property platform to recruit a commercial and strategic Financial Controller. Stepping into this high-visibility position, you will move beyond standard accounting to become a core business partner driving the profitability of a massive real estate portfolio. Managing both asset development phases and stabilized operations, this role offers an accelerated path to regional finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end financial operations, monthly closings, and consolidation for a multi-entity property portfolio.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and deep-dive financial analysis on asset yield and performance.
• Partner with leasing and asset management teams to optimize property ROI and commercial strategy.
• Oversee treasury functions, complex intercompany cash flows, and full statutory compliance.
• Supervise, mentor, and scale the existing finance team to support ongoing business expansion.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with a mandatory CPA/CA qualification; Big 4 background strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience within property developers, REITs, or real estate platforms.
• Deep technical capability in handling full-set accounting and complex multi-entity reporting frameworks.
• Exceptional business partnering, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive and drive change in an agile, fast-paced commercial environment.
