Finance Manager, Real Estate

We are partnering with a well-established property platform to hire a Finance Manager for a key property portfolio. This is a high-impact role offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders, supporting financial operations during a critical stage of asset development and ongoing management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts and oversee daily finance operations for assigned portfolio
• Drive management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance tracking
• Oversee invoicing, payment processes, and intercompany recharges
• Partner closely with leasing, asset management, and property management teams
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and internal finance teams
• Support asset performance including leasing, sales, and operational activities
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, with potential team expansion

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines with CPA qualification
• Big 4 background highly preferred
• Solid experience within property developers, real estate platforms, or REITs
• Strong hands-on experience in full-set accounting and finance operations
• Exposure to complex reporting structures or multi-entity environments is advantageous
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
